For its prestigious New York store, Eataly has chosen Arclinea, with Sub-Zero/Wolf as its partner for electrical appliances. This classroom at Eataly's cooking school, La Scuola, will seat approximately 40 guests.

The project involves a Convivium Island with Nordic Oak finish, Elegant door, walls of tall units with stainless steel Artusi handles, a 180 cm VINA wine storage unit, and a ceiling mounted extraction unit.

This new project belongs to the Arclinea Design Cooking School network: in the most prestigious  gourmet stores worldwide, in a favourite restaurant or even the chef's own home, a range of different settings and solutions, with complete programmes that cater for all needs.

Looking ahead on La Scuola's calendar, the newest category of classes called "Food For Thought" will feature unique lessons that offer a more cerebral approach to food. The most recent Food for Thought classes were co-taught by Dean of La Scuola, Lidia Bastianich. When class is not in session, the room will serve as a rotating regional lunch spot aptly named "Pranzo".
