Designed for the high-class business sector, the S-Trenue (Superior Treasure Avenue) tower stands out in the international financial district of Yeouido, where the country’s major financial and economic institutions are located.

43 floors, of which 7 are underground, 118 residential units including 2 penthouse apartments and a shopping area covering the first 4 basement floors: these are the staggering stats of the multipurpose tower designed by architect Minsuk Cho of Mass Studies. The building is a ‘bundle tower’, in other words, a project where 3 separate volumes intersect and intertwine. The interiors stand out for their top quality materials and are made using ecofriendly products imported from Italy, Germany, Japan and the USA. In each apartment, the kitchen furnishing concept takes inspiration both from classic as well as urban style, making the most of the grandeur of the living spaces: the high ceilings, large full-length glazing and the natural light that filters through the interiors. All of the 118 fine, elegant kitchens installed have been realised by Arclinea exclusively for the SK S-Trenue building. In particular, the kitchens in the 2 penthouse apartments are made with customized glossy lacquered white finish doors (RAL 9001), Easy Box handles and glass worktops. All the other 116 compositions instead feature doors in walnut burl wooden veneer finish, with recessed handles for tall units, push-pull openings for base and tall units and stainless steel worktops Arclinea by Foster: for a kitchen worthy of true professionals.
